Lawrence "Larry" Schroder studied Finance and Biology at Nebraska Wesleyan University (1988-1991) and the University of Nebraska (1986-1988). Larry began his entrepreneurial career in 1998 when he founded Schroder and Company, Inc. which later merged with Ambassador Industries. As Vice President and a principal, Larry grew Ambassador to become one of the largest companies in their niche of the banking services sector, with a client base including all of the ten largest banks in America. By 2003, Ambassador was servicing all fifty states from two separate operations centers. 

After massive nationwide growth, Larry’s strategic and futuristic strengths began to tingle as the banking industry’s consolidation was beginning to accelerate, which meant more volume but shrinking margins for the company. With this change looming, Larry shifted gears from growth to sale and successfully negotiated and concluded the sale of Ambassador in October of 2003.  

In November 2003, Mr. Schroder co-founded Groundscapes which focused on landscape design and services. Groundscapes experienced massive growth, and added over 60 full and part time personel in the first year. The years following showed steady, continued growth, when Mr. Schroder sold his ownership in the company to pursue his dream of first owning a financial management firm, then franchising it.

Over the years of trading his own personal account, Mr. Schroder began exploring and researching the formation of an elite Forex hedge fund.  In March 2007, he devoted himself full time to this effort and eventually launched his Platinum Alpha fund, a few weeks before the market crash and the start of the “great recession” – needless to say, the timing of the market crash wasn’t foreseen. The next few years saw unprecedented market volatility and a lack of trading volume, which made for very slow growth in the financial sector. 

Seeing the “greed above all – including fundamentals” the precipitated the great recession, Larry started looking at the standard Wall Street firms as something desperately in need of a makeover – to creating firms that not only looked at the bottom line profits of a venture, but also looked at the bottom line amount of good that a venture could produce.

Still holding on to his dream of franchising a revolutionary new style of investment firm, Larry turned his focus towards gaining greater franchising experience in other business sectors. 

In 2013, he began working with a custom homebuilder to begin creating a custom homebuilding franchise – Aluxa Homes. As the President of Aluxa, growth was steady and picking up steam as the recession subsided. Aluxa continued to add franchise locations in multiple states, but Larry still had the original vision of franchising in the financial sector. So in 2018, he resigned as President of Aluxa, and began to focus full time attention to Elite Funds and its primary investment verticals. When not working, Larry and his wife of 28 years and 4 sons enjoy traveling, baseball, grilling, gardening, and philanthropic endeavors.

As a creative big picture visionary, entrepreneur and founder of multiple companies, Justin's entrepreneurial spirit took form at a very young age and by his early 20s he was one of the youngest and most successful marketers in the direct sales industry, breaking records in both team growth and volume with a sales force of over tens of thousands of distributors.

In 1995, Justin then just in 6th grade elementary school wrote on a yellow piece of paper that he was interested in solar energy. 21 years later in 2016 and with a passion for renewable energy, Justin began raising capital with the vision of enhancing an existing tax equity business model currently used by the industry since 2005. The result has brought together leading industry experts in both the solar energy and tax professional spaces and is proving to be vastly more effective in funding solar projects nationwide. Proving the model while still conceptualizing it, Justin raised 10s of millions of dollars in just 2 partial years while the majority of his time was spent building the systems, testing the processes, and creating the marketing templates.

Prior to launching his own solar funds, in 2014 Justin founded a fin-tech financial services company that proved to be 3x more effective than it's largest competitors. Justin released control of the company to a private equity firm in 2016 to pursue his passion for renewable energy.

Justin’s previous experience also includes credit restoration, business funding, real estate investing, foreign currency (Forex) managed investment accounts, and asset protection corporate structuring including complex multiple entity incorporation and trust formation.

When Justin isn't brainstorming on new creative ideas and looking for cutting-edge potential companies to raise capital for, he enjoys traveling the world and spending time on white sand beaches with his wife and daughter, working on his physical fitness, meditation, and has a passion for vegan organic dieting and nutrition.
